Shamiel X.Adams (Project) an der Immanuel-Kant-Schule The preacher and rapper Shamiel X.Adams wants to further life prospects for the youth. Young people who live in developed countries often get the wrong idea of the world. Most of them, independent from their social background do not know how much power they have to change the world. Shamiel wants them to overcome their fear of themselves and encourage them to fight against all kinds of violence. His workshops should help to bring the youth together so that they can exchange information about their future and life experiences. He says, each person is a miracle and peace first starts in your own heart. That explains the kind of relationship to our fellow mankind: there can be no discrimination because of religion, tradition, culture, skin, race or opinion. Values like giving and sharing sympathy, developing social responsibility, taking care of one another should stand in the centre of the young people's behaviour. Shamiel's project wants to help us to find a better way of living together and thus pevent the next generation from committing the same mistakes that we made.
